I was a little hesitant after reading some negative reviews. My daughter and son-in-law have been bringing their vehicles here for years so I trusted what they said. Glad I did. I brought my vehicle in for a second opinion on what I was told about my brakes from another place. I did not tell them what I was told. I wanted to see what they said. They are true to their name. They are honest. No brake work needed at this time. I had them make a few minor repairs and I found their work and prices reasonable. My appointment was at 11 am but I dropped my vehicle off when they opened because that is a when I could get a ride. My vehicle was done by 11:30. I am very pleased and will be back when my brakes need to be done and other repairs.

I get free oil changes w my Hyundai lease but Hyundai dealerships aren’t as punctual, thorough or friendly as Honest 1. I’ve been coming for 3 years and love this place. Highly recommend.

Always courteous, always professional, at reasonable prices. It's great to have a reputable auto repair facility that's right around the corner. I've recommended this establishment to several people and they've always earned themselves new customers.

Friendly and courteous! Service is always Excellent! If something is wrong they definitely let you know before the work is done. I've never had a mechanical issue with their work!

Always so great to deal with Tracy and his staff. Terrific work at reasonable prices. They always explain what the problem is . Honesty and reliability are their mantra. Tracy always goes above and beyond-so rare these days. I highly recommend Honest-1 in Phoenix. I am so glad I finally found a garage I can truly trust and count on. I would give them 10 stars plus if I could! They are the very best!!
