Tracey, Joel and the techs here are great. Was a 40-year customer of Sun Devil Auto. No more. This summer Sun Devil missed diagnosed our 2010 Sonata which would start and then immediately die. They replaced the fuel pump for $1,500, which did not resolve the issue. Took it back to Sun Devil and they did a throttle body cleaning for another $300 bones that was ineffective. Took it in to Honest 1. Within a couple hours they diagnosed the issue as a failed engine control unit. Once that was replaced the car runs great. Sun Devil also misdiagnosed our 2017 Elantra misfire, replacing the spark plugs for $470 when the problem was the ignition coils. So Sun Devil has ripped us off for $2,270 in unnecessary repairs. Two days ago we had our 2018 Sonata in for oil change and transmission fluid exchange. Dropped it off at 8 and we were picking it up at 10:30. Sun Devil had told us before that they cannot do transmission fluid exchange because the transmission is sealed. We know this is BS; Honest 1 had no problem unsealing it and replacing the fluid. We have three cars and they are all going to Honest 1 for maintenance. Great service and proper diagnosis the first time and not doing unnecessary work to run up the bill.

A quick story. An old friend of mine bought a jeep with 175,000 miles on it.( private sale) we Took it to these guys to have it checked out. They could have said anything and everything in the world was wrong with it. Instead, they said it looks great. It was a good buy!! Ever since then Ive been taking my cars there! Theyre very trustworthy and reliable ! They wont sell you anything you dont need. I totally recommend them.!

I have been going to Honest -1 Auto Care for years and have always found them to do excellent work at fair prices. I recently took me car in for and oil change and for new brakes as they had mentioned they were probably due. I had my car serviced and they told me my brakes were still OK and would not needed to be done for another 10,000 miles or so. Honest-1 Auto Care are truly HONEST!!!! Keep up the good work

I used to bring my Toyota Tundra and Ford Escape here, and the service was sincerely Honest! Now we have a Genesis g70 and for some reason it went out of alignment and ruined my tires. Honest Auto was able to fix the issue and my new tires and alignment are awesome! My car drives so much better. Staff were there early to check us in so we were on time. Staff were professional and friendly. Tracy is excellent on the phone, handled all questions so politely. Very thorough.
