I can't say enough good things about this place. I take my Jeep here for everything I cannot do myself because they're professional, they're reasonably priced, and they're always nice and respectful.

Honest-1 did a great job. Joe said they'd get the work done and they did, at about 1/2 the cost of what the dealer said it would cost. I was reluctant to take my car to an unknown shop until a neighbor said she's had good luck with them, I'm glad I took my car to Honest-1 off Cactus and Paradise Parkway, Phoenix.

Excellent, efficient, and professional service. After receiving a questionable quote from another mechanic, I took my vehicle to Honest-1 for another opinion. They were able to get me in, explain to me what was and what was not wrong, and resolve the problem quickly to get me back on the road. It's nice to have a neighborhood mechanic you can trust.

They were life savers! After leaving Costco my car battery was dead and you willingly came over to jump-start me. I then drove over to your store where the bays were already full except one and your worker pulled in my car and immediately started working on the electrical problem. Turns out that not only was the battery bad but also the alternator. The cool waiting room made waiting a pleasure.

Went in for all new motor mounts. Was given a price for all. Then got a call from them saying good news, only two mounts need to be replaced. The others are fairly new still. Previous owner must of replaced the others. Was charged less than previously quoted. They could have not told me and cheated me, but they didn't. Honest 1 truly is honest. I'll be coming back when I have more needs. PS they topped off all my fluids.
