The best experience. Mr Jim the owner is very personable and Karen who is the customer service at the front desk is very Knowledgeable about cars. I felt welcome when I walked in the door. My car needed and oil change and they were upfront and honest about what they recommend that is needed for my car and what can edit. I was out within 45 minutes Mr.Jim stated I have to leave now but thank you for coming. When I opened my door I had a special thank you gift. I ran back in a stated Thank You. Top service from beginning to end.
Great local place to get your car taken care of. Can drop off your car or wait for it at the shop and you will be taken care of with refreshments and a place to hook into Wi-Fi or go shopping at PV Mall while your car is being repaired. Staff is helpful and accommodating.
You can trust the guys at Honest One to tell you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle and they'll get it fixed for you timely. Every one of the guys from the owner, Tracy to the mechanics, they are all genuine, kind and knowledgeable.
