I had my car serviced on Thursday, 12/30/2010 at your shop. Yesterday as I was driving my Check Engine light appeared so I brought my Scion back into your shop to see what was causing the light to come on. Your mechanic discovered the issue within a couple of minutes and showed me what was causing the problem. Some special tool was needed to repair the wire and the owner even had to assist with the fix. You had my car fixed within 10 minutes. The most surprising part was that there was no charge for the repair you made. I was very impressed with that. I will refer you to my friends and family and just wanted you to know how much I appreciated what you did.

Great service! I went to the Honest-1 Auto Care at the Paradise Valley location thinking I'd leave my car for the day to get the oil changed. I called to make an appointment and the service manager, Darren, said they could get me in right then. Everyone at the shop is polite and the lobby is clean, with comfortable leather sofas, coffee, a flat screen TV and computers if you're feeling the need to be "connected"”. Darren showed sincere interest in my car's performance and although all it needed was an oil change, they gave me a free 21-point inspection just to be sure. This place understands customer service and auto care and I plan to continue taking my car there and referring them to friends and family.

To all the folks at Honest-1-- We brought our car in for smelly/squeaky brakes and an oil change. Your technician checked out the problems and called to let us know our brakes were still 50% there and that there was no need to have any major work done. He did say there was a lot of brake dust and that he would clean it up and see if that helped. He was patient and thoroughly explained what was going on in terms my unmechanical brain could understand :). When I went to pick up my car a while later he handed me my bill and there was a balance of $0.00. I used my loyalty card (Buy 4 oil changes get the fifth free) for the oil change AND THERE WAS NO CHARGE for the diagnostic and brake cleaning. Needless to say, I was shocked and more than a little surprised. To end this happy story, I've driven on my "clean" brakes and the squeak AND the smell are gone. Thank you so much for your honesty and work! These can certainly be hard to come by these days and I sincerely appreciate it!
